I cannot say enough great things about Vaughn's Floors and More!!! We bought a new house that had carpet and tile in the entry way, living room, front bedroom/office and hallway, so we wanted to rip it all out and replace it with laminate wood floors. He came by on a Saturday to give us an estimate, and he was quick, professional and very nice. Through the whole process he was quick to answer any and all questions, and even gave us honest advice when picking out things like underlayment since this was a new experience for us as first time home buyers. He finished the work in only a few days and it came out even better than expected. He even came by on a Saturday after he was finished to fix a tiny piece on a board that had been damaged at the store. He did all of this at an amazing price, too! We had gotten quotes at the beginning of the process for much more than what he charged. He did incredible work and we will definitely be using him again for future projects!

After haggling over and over and over with carpet sellers we decided to order our carpet directly from a manufacturer in Georgia and have it delivered here for a substantial savings. Our next step was to find a reputable installer that would and could do the job correctly and without flaws. After several people, we decided to go with Vaughn floors. We understood him, he understood us (huge in itself) and he honestly installed our carpet even better than I've seen installs in brand new homes!!! I CAN NOT see ONE seam at all!!! Not one!!!! Yes they are that good!!! He did over 1000 sf of carpet in my home in bedrooms and on stairs and it looks amazing!!!! I'm a bit OCD , ok a lot, and I'm over the moon with my carpet. No matter how beautiful or expensive your carpet may be, it won't matter if it's not installed properly and I can swear by this company!! Any other floor projects I have will only go to this company!! One happy OCD customer right here!!!! Thank you Mr. Vaughn!!!!! Happy happy happy lady here!!!

Customer service oriented, great follow through and knowledgeable. I have had carpet installed in three different rooms in my home. Vaughn's Floors and More did a great job and they were very affordable.

Vaughn's did a large floor tile job for us 21x21 inch wood grain. The floor looks great,all the grout lines are perfect and his cuts.We plan on using Vaughn's for all our future floor needs.I would highly recommend them.

Vaughn's floors recently helped us remodel our kitchen and breakfast room. They not only replaced the tile floors with wood but also painted all the walls and replaced the counter tops with ceramic tile. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. All our holiday guests were impressed and we're in love with our new kitchen. We highly recommend them.

Vaughn's Floors came to my rescue. They updated my vinyl floors in the kitchen and hallway and they gave a modern look to my old bathrooms. While updating one of my bathrooms a leak was found in the pipes behind my shower they fixed the leak at a great price. I will definitely call Vaughn's Floors and More when I am ready to continue with my home improvements.

Walter was great to deal with, he broke down all the costs for us, easy to work with. We had new carpet installed and Walter did an awesome job. Once we're ready to move forward with new tile installation and laminate installation at our rental property we will definitely call Walter back.

Walter converted a bathtub to a shower for us. It totally opened up our guest bathroom and made it look HUGE! Then we had him take what I thought was a fine traditional fireplace (my wife wanted the update) and he made it look AMAZING with staked stone from floor to ceiling and a floating shelf! I have one word...BEAUTIFUL!!! Oh.....and he removed floor tile in front of the fireplace and was able to tie into the existing wood with wood that matched. I didn't know someone could do that or I would have had it done long ago. It was definitely a sign that he is very skilled.

You know what they say...Happy Wife, Happy Life. My wife is VERY happy and so am I.

While he was working, I got to visit a lot with Walter. Two things I noticed during this job is that he is dependable AND a man of character.
